CENTRAL STATION STUDIOS, Prague

The studios are a 5-minute walk from Hlavní nádraží (Prague Central Station), making rail arrivals seamless. The Viktoria Zizkov tram stop is 3 minutes away, and the centre is a 15-20 minute walk or a 5-minute tram ride. The Airport Express (AE) bus stop for Vaclav Havel Airport is 5 minutes on foot; the Florenc bus station is 12 minutes away. The area is quiet at night yet well-connected, with a Lidl supermarket across the street, several inexpensive restaurants, and a park offering sunset views over the Prague skyline. For those driving, free street parking is available only from Friday 17:00 to Sunday 17:00; otherwise use the MR.PARKIT paid service nearby.

The property offers two studio types: Studio 1 (max 2 persons) and Studio 2 (max 3 persons). Both are newly renovated and located on the raised ground floor - there is no elevator. Each studio includes a large double bed (noted for comfort), a small wooden table with two chairs, and a Smart TV with satellite channels and Netflix. The bathroom features a spacious shower, hairdryer, shower gel, liquid hand soap and shampoo. A fridge, electric kettle, tea/coffee/sugar/creamer, basic cutlery and glasses are provided. Rooms are noted as spacious, clean and quiet, with high ceilings and concrete structure that keep the space cool even in warm weather (a fan is supplied). Windows are safe to leave open during the day. The door to the hallway is not heavily soundproofed, but the overall noise level is low.

The accommodation does not operate a restaurant or serve breakfast. All studios are equipped with an electric kettle, tea bags, instant coffee, sugar, creamer, a fridge, and basic cutlery and glasses, enabling guests to prepare light meals and drinks. A Lidl supermarket is less than 2 minutes' walk away for groceries. Several dining options are within a 3-minute walk, including a Vietnamese banh mi shop (right next door), Domaci testoviny Honza a Matej, Viet Flavor, and numerous inexpensive restaurants in the neighbourhood. The host provides a printed booklet with restaurant recommendations.

WiFi is free and available throughout the complex. Check-in is self-service via a key box with a code provided in advance; the host communicates clearly and responds quickly via WhatsApp. There is no reception desk. The property has CCTV in common areas and outside, plus smoke alarms and key access - three locked doors between the street and the room. Private check-in/check-out and invoice provision are included. No luggage storage is available at the studios; luggage lockers are located at the main railway station (5 minutes' walk). Parking is not on site - free street parking is limited to weekends (Fri 17:00-Sun 17:00) and paid parking via MR.PARKIT costs approximately €12/day. Pets are not accepted.
