The apartment is less than 1 km from Malaga Park and the Picasso Museum, making the historic centre entirely walkable. La Malagueta Beach is a 17-minute walk (10-15 minutes depending on pace). Málaga's main train station is about a 15-minute walk. The street itself is relatively quiet despite being steps from bars, restaurants, a bakery, supermarket and a pharmacy. Public transport, including a tram stop, is within a few minutes' walk, ideal for car-free exploration.

The ground-floor studio is the smallest and most affordable option. The first-floor studio has a double bed (1.4m x 2m) and a sofa bed, accommodating up to three people with a walk-in shower. The penthouse (second floor) is a duplex: downstairs a living room with sofa bed, kitchen and toilet with shower; upstairs a bedroom with a double bed (1.5m x 2m) and a shower room, plus the private terrace. All units feature air conditioning, heating, soundproofing, a flat-screen TV, washing machine, and a private entrance. Studios offer city views; the penthouse terrace includes sun loungers.

The kitchenette includes a stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, tea and coffee maker, and kitchenware. A washing machine and cleaning supplies are also provided. Within a 2-5 minute walk there are at least eight restaurants and bars, including tapas, grilled chicken, and international options. A bakery and supermarket are around the corner, making it easy to buy groceries for breakfast or a packed lunch.

All units have free, reliable Wi-Fi. Check-in is fully online: you receive a code to access a key box, so late arrivals are no problem. After checkout, luggage can be left safely nearby (on the side street) if your departure is later. Parking is available off-site by reservation only, costing 15€ per day; a public car park (Alcazaba) is 300 metres away and charges by the hour. No pets are allowed. Cots can be provided on request. The host communicates quickly via WhatsApp and is available for questions.
