While the immediate vicinity has limited shops beyond the building's minimart, the hotel is well positioned for sightseeing, with the Jalan Alor food street and night markets within a 10-minute walk.

The accommodation consists of studio and one-bedroom suites (with options for separate living areas). Each suite includes a private bathroom with a shower and bidet, a kitchenette equipped with stovetop, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, and cooking utensils, plus a washing machine and dryer. All units are air-conditioned and feature a seating area, wardrobe, electric kettle, and flat-screen TV with Netflix. The one-bedroom suites feature a separate living space. Some units offer panoramic city or KLCC views, though these are subject to availability. Rooms on higher floors provide better skyline views but all units have large windows. Note that walls are thin - conversations and noise from neighbouring rooms can easily be heard, particularly in lower-numbered units. The overall feel is spacious and practical for urban stays, although some units may show wear. The queen beds measure 151 cm wide.

On-site dining is limited to Ceylonz Cafe, which offers a continental breakfast and brunch menu daily from 07:00 to 15:00 - the breakfast is described as basic and not particularly varied. The building also contains a small minimart (open until 2 am) for water, snacks, and essential groceries. For more substantial meals, a handful of restaurants are within a 5-10 minute walk: Barrels & Bottles (0.5 km), Bangkok Jazz (0.5 km), and others such as Ozeki Italian Cuisine and Bijan (0.5 km). The lively Jalan Alor food street, with its many local stalls and restaurants, is a 10-minute walk away. The hotel's own bar is also available on-site for evening drinks.
