A supermarket is also nearby for self-catering. Guests can easily find meals or supplies without needing a car.

Residents have access to the building's wellness facilities at no extra cost: an indoor heated swimming pool, a sauna, a spa and wellness centre, and a fitness centre. The pool is currently closed for operational reasons, but when open, it is heated and part of a shared leisure area. The sauna and spa are also available. The fitness centre is a convenient on-site option for exercise. Building access requires an elevator, with several lifts serving the apartments.

Free WiFi is available in the apartment. The building has a lift to all floors. Full-day security, CCTV in common areas and outside, and smoke alarms provide safety. Luggage storage is available on the day of check-out. No on-site parking is available (see location for street parking options). Pets are not allowed. The host can provide an invoice. The apartment building has disability access, but the apartment itself, particularly the bathroom, is not wheelchair-friendly. The host is responsive and can meet guests to hand over keys. Room cleaning is provided during the stay.
