The area has a supermarket, several restaurants and bars within 500 metres, and is near the Jewish quarter. Santa Lucia Train Station is a 15-minute walk away, providing direct connections across Venice and to the mainland. Rialto Bridge is within a 20-minute stroll, and major attractions are accessible on foot. The location balances proximity to landmarks with a less crowded, authentic setting.

Each unit is individually furnished and includes a living area with a TV, plus a kitchen or kitchenette with a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave or oven. Bed sizes include doubles (160x180 cm), singles (80x180 cm), and sofa beds that open to doubles. Apartments have 1 or 2 bedrooms and 1 or 2 bathrooms; some units also feature a washing machine and an electric kettle. There are no balconies. The property consists of seven separate apartments in the Cannaregio area, not all in the same building. Floor levels vary, and some apartments are on the second floor without a lift.
