The street is quiet with a playground, ATM, laundrette, mini market and a cafe immediately around the corner. Many restaurants are within 0.5 km. The central city is about a 30-minute walk. The area is well served by supermarkets and public transport, making car-free exploration straightforward.

Rooms feature a comfortable king-size bed with quality mattresses, a sitting area, tea and coffee facilities, electric kettle, cookware/kitchen utensils, ironing facilities, heating and free Wi-Fi. An additional bed can be supplied on request, and two-bedroom apartments are available suitable for families. Several units include a balcony with a view of the quiet courtyard or playground. The apartments are spacious - comfortable for up to three people - and have a washing machine in select units. The building is equipped with a lift.

Breakfast is not available as a standard offering - check room availability to see if it can be added. A mini market and several supermarkets are within a short walk, and more than a dozen restaurants, including Italian, Asian and fish options, are within 0.5 km. Leisure options are limited to the apartment's own facilities, namely a balcony in select rooms and the quiet residential street. The nearby playground across the road and the surrounding parks offer outdoor recreation. For wellness and fitness, guests will need to explore local neighbourhood options.

Parking is free but must be reserved - on-street paid parking nearby costs €0.75 per 15 minutes. Key handover is handled directly by the host. Luggage storage can be arranged, and the car may stay in the courtyard for up to 2 hours post-check-out. Pets are allowed on request with possible charges. The host communicates clearly and is responsive to special requests.
