It is a 5- to 10-minute walk from Saint Peter's Basilica and Vatican City, placing the main tourist area within comfortable walking distance. Bus routes 62 and 64 stop 50 metres from the entrance, providing connections to Termini Station and the historic centre. The neighbourhood is safe and lined with restaurants, bakeries, cafés and a Carrefour Market 500 metres away. The train station at San Pietro offers services to Fiumicino Airport and local destinations. Despite the proximity to major landmarks and transport, the street itself is quiet at night, making it practical for both sightseeing and rest.

Accommodation

Classic rooms with parquet or tiled floors. Air conditioning, heating, LCD TV with satellite channels. Some rooms have private bathrooms, others shared.
Rooms include double, twin, single and quadruple configurations. Each room is air-conditioned and heated, with a flat-screen TV, satellite channels and a wardrobe. Beds are 2 metres long. Some rooms feature a private bathroom with shower, bidet and toilet; other rooms share a bathroom with up to 4 rooms. The shared facilities can lead to queues, especially in the morning. Rooms tend to be spacious and are decorated in a classic Italian style. Street-facing rooms may experience some traffic noise; interior rooms are quieter. No rooms have a balcony. An old vintage elevator serves the building but may not be operational at all times.
