COMFORTABLE ROOM IN TORONTO NEXT TO YORKDALE MALL, Toronto

The property is in a quiet, safe residential area with easy walking access to Yorkdale Mall (including a supermarket, food hall, and retail) and a second mall nearby. The subway station provides direct service to Union Station and connects to the UP Express for Pearson Airport. On-site free parking eliminates the need for street parking, and the neighbourhood feels secure even at night.

The accommodation functions as a boarding house with mixed cleanliness and comfort. Room sizes differ significantly - some are large with high ceilings and good windows, while others are cramped with small, non-opening windows. Beds may not match the booking (e.g., double instead of queen). Thin walls and floors transmit noise easily, especially from children and the Sunday worship service. Curtains are paper stick-on; some rooms have no bedside tables or lamps. Heating can be insufficient in windy weather, and air conditioning use is limited. Bathrooms are shared between multiple guests and often show mold and poor maintenance. Towels are thin and small; no hand towels or face cloths provided. Guests should expect a basic, dormitory-style experience.

The host supplies instant ramen, instant coffee, tea bags, and cereal in the shared kitchen. The selection is very basic - no fresh fruit, pastries, or hot dishes. The refrigerator is shared and often contains expired leftovers from previous guests. For a more substantial meal, the adjacent Yorkdale Mall has a food hall, supermarket, and multiple cafes within a 4-minute walk.

The property has a backyard garden with seating and a small children's play area, including a playground and outdoor play equipment. No other leisure facilities (pool, gym, spa) are present. The nearby mall provides entertainment and shopping for downtime.
