COMFORT INN & SUITES PANAMA CITY BEACH - PIER PARK AREA, Panama City Beach

The property is not on the beachfront but provides quick car access to the shoreline, with a 2-minute drive to the nearest public beach access. Pier Park and Russell-Fields Pier are 5 km and 4 km away, respectively. Rosemary Beach is about 15 minutes away depending on traffic. The hotel is situated on a main road near a traffic light, which can produce truck noise in front-facing rooms. The surrounding area offers a variety of restaurants and shops within a short drive, and the location is well-suited for families attending nearby events or concerts. Free on-site parking makes car travel convenient, though parking must be reserved in advance.

Breakfast is included in the stay and offers a rotating selection of hot options such as scrambled eggs, bacon or sausage, make-your-own waffles, pastries, yogurt, fruit, and juice. The breakfast area is staffed and kept well-stocked. Breakfast items must be consumed in the dining area; taking food to rooms is not permitted. The quality is described as typical free breakfast fare - satisfying and convenient, though some find the eggs can be powdered. For those seeking more variety, numerous restaurants are a short drive away near Pier Park and along the main road.

The outdoor saltwater pool is open daily from 08:00 to 20:00, fenced for safety, and supplied with towels, sun loungers, and umbrellas. The fitness centre offers free access for guests, housed in a compact but functional space. Common areas include a shared lounge/TV area and outdoor furniture with seating. The pool area provides a clean and relaxing space for families, though the hotel does not offer a spa, sauna, or entertainment programs. For beach activities, public beach access is a short drive away.
