The property faces a highway, so units on lower floors or facing the road can experience traffic noise; higher-floor rooms are quieter and offer better city views.

Units are spacious and modern, featuring large windows that flood the space with natural light and offer panoramic views of the Kuala Lumpur skyline from higher floors.
