The residence sits in a developing area near Pudu Market and a mosque, with direct walking access to MRT Cochrane station (10 minutes) and MyTown/IKEA Cheras. The TRX financial district and Exchange 106 are a 10-15 minute walk. Sultan Abdul Aziz Shah Airport is 25 km away; driving to KLCC takes about 10 minutes. On-street walking routes can be limited - some paths go under highway bridges or through market areas - while traffic on surrounding highways is often heavy. Nearby convenience stores, a wet market, and 7-Eleven are within the immediate block.

Unit types range from compact studios (approx. 30 m²) to spacious two-bedroom suites with separate living areas. All units include a well-fitted kitchen with stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, and washing machine. Bedding configurations are one or two beds depending on the unit, and some rooms feature a sofa bed or dining area. Sound insulation is minimal: even on high floors, road noise and mosque prayers can be audible. Some units show wear (mould, worn furniture, hard mattresses). A corner unit in Building A is recommended for the best views and layout. The exact layout may vary from photos and is assigned randomly.

There is no restaurant, bar or breakfast service on the premises. Each apartment is equipped with a kitchen (stovetop, microwave, fridge, kettle, and basic cookware) for preparing your own meals. A vending machine for drinks is available in the building. The surrounding area has multiple dining options within 0.5-1 km: Kedai Makanan May King, Taste Of Foochow, Foong Lian Claypot Foods Cafe, Drop Bar & Lounge, and more. MyTown mall (IKEA food court and restaurants) is within walking distance. No complimentary drinking water is provided in the room.

The outdoor swimming pool is open all year and offers a pool with a view, a water slide, sun loungers, and sun umbrellas. Adjacent amenities include a steam room, sauna, and a free fitness centre. A dedicated kids' pool and an indoor play area with outdoor play equipment make the leisure facilities family-friendly.
