COOGEE BEACH HOUSE, Sydney

The property is a 2-minute walk to the Coogee Beach shore and the start of the Bondi to Coogee coastal walk. Local shops, restaurants and bars are all within 300 metres. Buses to Sydney city centre and the airport stop nearby. The University of NSW and Royal Randwick Racecourse are a 7-minute drive away. Allianz Stadium is 4 km from the house. Note that there is no on-site parking - street parking may be limited. The quiet atmosphere at night is suitable for resting, while Coogee Pavilion hotel is about 50 metres away for those wanting a lively evening.

All rooms have shared bathrooms. Private rooms are lockable and accessible by key. Dorms include 4-bed and 6-bed options; premium 4-bed dorms have king single beds with privacy curtains. Towels are free in private rooms or available for a small charge in dorms. Rooms are compact (11 m² average) - those needing extra space for luggage may prefer to book a triple room rather than adding an extra mattress to a twin. There is no air conditioning, but fans are provided. Some rooms face an internal courtyard, which tends to be quieter. The unit has a fan, heating, carpeted floor, curtains, and a shared bathroom with a shower.

There is no swimming pool or spa on site. The best beach weather typically runs from mid-September to May, though the water stays pleasant until June.
