The property is just off the main station area on a street with multiple Indian restaurants, grocery shops, and food outlets, making dining close by. The British Museum is 18 minutes on foot, and both Oxford Street and Oxford Circus are 2 km away. Regents Park is a 14-minute walk, and London City Airport is 16 km distant. For onward travel, Euston provides trains, the Tube (Underground) and buses, while Kings Cross St Pancras (1 km) offers additional rail and Eurostar connections. The immediate neighbourhood feels safe and is walkable to Camden, Covent Garden and Soho within 25 minutes. Parking is not available.

Double, twin, single, triple and quadruple rooms are available, each with a shared bathroom (shower/toilet in separate rooms). Rooms contain a bed, wardrobe, desk, tumble dryer and tea/coffee making facilities. The smallest rooms (single and double) are notably compact: some have only a skylight and limited headroom, with part of the room too low to stand in fully. For two or three people, the quadruple room is the most spacious layout. All rooms have heating (radiator) and a lockable door. There is no air conditioning; rooms with a skylight can become warm in hot weather. Noise from other guests' movements and shared doors is noticeable. The kitchen ceiling is low but the space is equipped with a stove, oven, fridge, microwave, utensils, and a washing machine.

No meals are served on-site. The shared kitchen is stocked with free tea and coffee, basic cooking utensils, a microwave, stove, oven, and refrigerator. Several Indian, Mediterranean, and fast-food restaurants are within a 2-minute walk along the same street, including African Gallery Kitchen and Taste of India. For a broader selection, cafés, bakeries, and a Sainsbury's supermarket are next to Euston Station. The kitchen's low ceiling can make cooking uncomfortable for taller individuals.

There is no pool, spa, gym, or leisure area. Regents Park and the British Museum are within a short walk for outdoor leisure and cultural activities. The surrounding area offers numerous cafes, pubs and theatre venues such as the Dominion Theatre (1 km). Nearby parks, shopping streets including Oxford Street, and cultural landmarks are easily reached on foot or by tube.
