COZY ROOMS - BANERA HIDROMASAJE, Valencia

The property is situated approximately 7 km from Bioparc Valencia and L'Oceanografic. A tram stop is within a one-minute walk, offering easy access to the city centre and good connectivity for car-free exploration. The surrounding area includes a supermarket directly adjacent, several restaurants and bars within 0.5 km (including La Bolonesa, Jaizkibel, and Bar Ruta 66), and public transport options. The neighbourhood has been described as less secure, with street parking potentially requiring extra caution. For airport transfers, the tram from the nearby stop connects to the airport line, a practical alternative to driving.

The accommodation consists of a single-bedroom suite with one bed, a private bathroom featuring a bath and hairdryer, and a well-equipped kitchenette with a refrigerator, microwave, tea and coffee maker, and kitchenware. The room offers heating, a wardrobe, tiled floors, and a flat-screen TV. City views are available from the unit. The bed is noted as comfortable in some stays, though mattresses have been reported as thin and the bed frame as noisy. Noise from the street, hall, and nearby tram can be intrusive, and light sleepers may want to choose a quieter room away from the front. Some bathrooms have had issues with water leaks, low water pressure, and cleanliness, so checking fixtures upon arrival is advisable. The rooms are compact but functional for extended stays.

Wi-Fi is free throughout the property. A trouser press is included in the room services. There is no on-site parking; public street parking is available nearby but the area has been noted as possibly insecure, so leaving a car overnight may not be ideal. The property provides an invoice upon request. Safety features include CCTV in common areas, fire extinguishers, and smoke alarms. The reception team is reachable via WhatsApp, with response times varying; some have found the staff helpful, while others report slower communication, especially outside weekday hours. The damage deposit of €100 is collected in cash or Bizum at check-in, and while some deposits are returned within the same day, others have experienced delays of several weeks. Bringing towels is not necessary, but the room has been known to lack them on arrival, so it is wise to confirm availability.
