A bus station is right across the road, and the tram stop is steps away, making it easy to reach the airport, castle, or other districts. Cafés, restaurants, and a Tesco grocery store are within a 3-minute walk. The neighbourhood is safe and well-connected, ideal for walkers and public-transit users.

The studio sleeps up to two people with one double bed and a sofa bed. It features parquet floors, a wardrobe, a private entrance, and large windows that let in plenty of light. The kitchenette includes a stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, and basic cookware, plus complimentary tea, coffee, and bottled water. The bathroom is compact but fully functional. Some furniture is slightly older, but the room is clean, roomy, and well-equipped for a comfortable city stay. Central heating is available. There is no television in the unit.
