The apartment is on a quiet street directly opposite the Italian Parliament building, which is guarded by police day and night, creating a notably secure atmosphere. Trevi Fountain is a 7-minute walk away, the Spanish Steps 600 metres, and Piazza Navona 700 metres. The Colosseum is a 35-minute walk, but most central landmarks are reachable in 10-15 minutes on foot. A metro stop is one block away, and bus connections are nearby, making car-free exploration straightforward. Numerous restaurants, cafés, and convenience stores are clustered within a 5-minute radius, providing easy access to dining and daily essentials.

The property consists of two separate apartments: one on the second floor for up to two people with a double bed and a single bed in one room, and a larger unit on the fourth floor for up to four people with one double bed and one double sofa bed, also in the same room. All apartments feature a private bathroom with a shower, bidet, and hairdryer, plus a separate toilet if applicable. Kitchens include a stovetop, oven, microwave, refrigerator, tea and coffee maker, and kitchenware. Parquet flooring, a seating area, a flat-screen TV, soundproof walls, and individually controlled air conditioning are standard. Some apartments have a balcony with city views over the parliament building, while others face a quiet street. The apartments are described as spacious, clean, and well-furnished with a modern feel. Note that the apartment on the second floor is accessible via stairs.

The apartment does not provide a restaurant or breakfast service.
