CSE Pajaritos does not operate its own restaurant or provide breakfast, but the kitchen is fully equipped with a stovetop, microwave, refrigerator, and cookware, making self-catering straightforward. For eating out, the immediate area is dense with dining options. Within 300 metres you will find Laherre Tapas, El Pinton, Gusto, and Bar Estrella. Ovejas Negras, Mama Bistro, and Mamarracha are roughly 500 metres away. The host can provide personal recommendations for local restaurants. Basic staples such as oil, salt, coffee, and tea are sometimes provided. The apartment is also a short walk from the main tourist area restaurants around the Cathedral and Alcázar.

The property does not include a pool, spa, gym, or similar leisure amenities. The location itself is the main draw: within walking distance of the Royal Alcázar, Cathedral, Barrio Santa Cruz, Maria Luisa Park, and Plaza de España. The building's courtyard provides an atmospheric outdoor space for a moment of quiet in the heart of the city.

Wi-Fi is free throughout the apartment, though reliability has been inconsistent in some units. A lift provides access to upper floors, but the apartment itself is on the ground floor. A paid airport shuttle and car hire can be arranged. The host staff speak both English and Spanish and are known for quick and helpful communication. Luggage storage is available for an additional charge, useful for early arrivals or late departures. Daily housekeeping, babysitting/child services, and airport drop-off/pick-up are all available at an extra cost. The building has fire extinguishers for safety. No cribs are available.
