Two main apartment types are available: a 1-bedroom unit (sleeps up to 5 with a double bed and a double sofa bed) and a 2-bedroom unit (sleeps up to 6). Both include a private entrance, living room, and a well-fitted kitchen with stovetop, refrigerator, oven, and electric kettle. Some units also offer a washing machine, tea/coffee maker, flat-screen TV, and parquet floors. While upper-floor apartments are generally spacious, bright, and quiet, ground-floor units may have limited natural light (single small high window) and less ventilation. Some apartments lack a dedicated kitchen sink and have only a microwave, fridge, and coffee machine. Pillows and sofa beds can be very firm; some units have comfortable beds, others less so. Overall, the accommodation works well as a practical base for short stays, with private bathrooms and separate sleeping areas for families or groups.
