Ponte Vecchio, Uffizi Gallery (less than 1 km), and Santa Maria Novella (12-minute walk) are all reachable on foot. The river Arno is a 5-minute walk away, and Florence Airport is 11 km. Santa Maria Novella station is a 15-minute walk (10 minutes by taxi). The immediate area has excellent restaurants, gelaterias, and charming stores, with a minimarket on site.

The air-conditioned flat has a double bed in the bedroom and a private bathroom with shower, hairdryer, and free toiletries. The living area includes a sofa, wardrobe, tea and coffee maker, and electric kettle. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stovetop, oven, refrigerator, kitchenware, and a gas stove that works well for cooking. The apartment is spacious, clean, and charmingly decorated, with a quiet atmosphere conducive to sleeping - road-facing noise is not an issue. It is best suited for a couple or solo traveller; there is no second bedroom or separate bed.

The Santo Spirito piazza, a 2-minute walk away, has a very good pizzeria and several restaurants serving local Florentine cuisine.
