The central position means all major museums, the opera, and historic sights can be reached comfortably on foot, and the U-Bahn stop is just a few minutes away for longer journeys. An ice-skating rink is also in the immediate surroundings.

The accommodation is a single room (Suite 8) with one bed that uses a very soft mattress. The bathroom is separated from the sleeping area by a non-transparent glass door and is very small, making the shower a tight fit. The shower step causes water to spread across the bathroom floor, and the lack of a fan means the atmosphere may feel humid after use.
