DENIS&KANYA, Nice

The property sits in a central neighbourhood with many cafes, restaurants, and a Lidl within a 10-minute walk. Nice Côte d'Azur Airport is 5 km away. The apartment faces an inner courtyard, making it quieter than street-facing units. Street parking is available within a few hundred metres, convenient for those arriving by car.

The unit offers 2 beds (one bedroom plus a sofa bed), making it functional for a family of four. The living room includes a fireplace, sofa, parquet flooring, and a flat-screen TV with streaming services. The modern, clean interior is well-equipped: guests find plentiful kitchen utensils, crockery, tea and coffee facilities, and an iron. Air conditioning is available in the main room; the building is older but the apartment has been renovated and smells fresh. Towels and bed linens are provided at no extra charge.

The kitchen includes a stovetop, refrigerator, oven, microwave, coffee machine, and electric kettle. A welcome drink of wine or champagne is offered. There is no on-site restaurant, but the surrounding streets offer a wide variety of dining: African, Italian, Thai, and kosher options, all within a 5-minute walk.

The property does not have a pool, spa, or gym, but Plage Sporting beach is less than 1 km away on foot. For guests interested in leisurely strolls, the old town and seafront are a 15-minute walk, offering a pleasant route through the city centre.

Wi-Fi is free throughout the apartment. The building has a lift. The host is known for being responsive and helpful, allowing luggage storage before check-in (check-in from 15:00, check-out by 12:00). Heating, air conditioning, smoke alarms, and a carbon monoxide detector are in place. No parking is available on-site, but street parking can be found nearby.
