The property is located in a very safe, walkable neighbourhood with excellent access to Reforma, the Torre Mayor, and the Zona Rosa area. Chapultepec Park, with its major museums, is within 2 km, and the Roma Norte neighbourhood is a 15-minute walk. While the historic center is farther (requiring an Uber or bike), the immediate area is full of restaurants (Fonda Dona Blanca, Daikoku, Mucho Mx), a 24-hour Oxxo, and a bookshop. Benito Juarez International Airport is 13 km away - a taxi or Uber is the most convenient option. Despite proximity to a main avenue, the apartments are reported to be quiet at night.

Units are spacious, with parquet floors, a private bathroom with a shower and free toiletries, a dining area, and a work desk. The well-equipped kitchen includes a stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, and cookware - ideal for longer stays or self-catering. The decor is a distinctive 1960s/70s style in excellent condition, giving each apartment strong character. The apartment's kitchen includes a stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, and full cookware, allowing guests to prepare their own meals.
