DIMORA SANT'ORSOLA, Florence

The property sits in a central Florence neighbourhood, placing the Duomo (less than 1 km), the Accademia Gallery (400 m), and the Uffizi Gallery (15-minute walk) easily reachable on foot. San Marco Church is a 6-minute walk away, and Fortezza da Basso Convention Center is 800 m. Florence Airport is 8 km from the apartment. While the streets immediately around the building can be a bit confusing to navigate at first, the location is considered very practical for sightseeing. Nearby restaurants such as Osteria Pepo, Il CoCo, and La Divina Osteria are all within 0.5 km.

The apartments are configured as one-bedroom units with a separate living room, a dining area, and a sofa bed. Each comes with a private entrance, air conditioning, heating, soundproof walls (in the reviewed units), parquet flooring, and a flat-screen TV. The kitchenette includes a stovetop, microwave, refrigerator, kettle, and kitchenware. Some units offer garden views. The bathroom has a shower, hairdryer, and free toiletries. While some apartments benefit from a large window and natural light, others - particularly internal-facing units - have limited to no external windows, which can affect ventilation. The sofa and chairs in some apartments have been noted as less comfortable for lounging. Bedding and pillows vary, but the location is consistently praised as quiet at night.

The property does not offer dedicated wellness or leisure facilities such as a pool, spa, or fitness centre. The central location provides easy pedestrian access to all of Florence's main cultural and leisure attractions.
