DOODLE LODGE BANGKOK, Bangkok

The lodge sits in a peaceful cul-de-sac while being steps from Sukhumvit Road's energy. A BTS Skytrain station is within a short walk, connecting directly to shopping malls like Central Embassy (1 km), Amarin Plaza, and Central World (2 km). Siam Paragon and SEA LIFE Ocean World are 3 km away. The Bumrungrad Hospital is nearby, and a 15-minute walk leads to a boat pier. Don Mueang Airport is 24 km away; a Bolt ride costs around 300 THB. Street food stalls and a 7-Eleven are right around the corner.

Rooms are well maintained and match the photos. All include air conditioning, a private bathroom with shower, free toiletries, hairdryer, slippers, and an electric kettle. Some rooms add a fridge, spa bath, or dining table. Soundproofing keeps the interior quiet despite being off Sukhumvit. Room options range from double and triple rooms to family units sleeping 5. Ground-floor rooms (Room 6) are available as well as upper-floor rooms (1st and 2nd floors). Not all rooms have a fridge, so check when booking if needed.

There is no breakfast service or restaurant on site. A minimarket inside the lodge sells snacks and essentials. Around the corner, a 7-Eleven is open 24/7. Cheap and tasty street food stalls line the nearby streets, including a recommended spot behind the hospital and a noodle shop across from the hospital. For sit-down meals, Ad Lib restaurant is 1 km away, and New York Steakhouse is 0.5 km. A weekend morning market operates nearby but is closed on Saturdays.

For leisure, the lodge provides a garden area with outdoor furniture and free bicycle parking for exploring the neighbourhood. Nearby attractions include the shops at Central Embassy and Central World. Siam Paragon and SEA LIFE Bangkok Ocean World are a 3 km BTS ride away. The surrounding area also boasts a vibrant nightlife scene, with Nana Plaza just across the main road. Surfing is available in the surrounding area for those seeking a unique activity.

The lodge provides free WiFi throughout, daily housekeeping at no extra charge, a concierge service, and a tour desk for booking excursions. Luggage storage is available at the front desk free of charge, practical for early arrivals or late departures. A minimarket is on site. For security, there is 24-hour security, CCTV in common areas, fire extinguishers, and key-card access. Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out at 12:00.
