Triana Bridge is 700 metres away, and Plaza de Armas is 1 km. The location is exceptionally central yet surprisingly quiet at night due to the inner courtyard orientation. Numerous bars and restaurants are right outside the building. Seville Airport is 9 km away; the paid airport shuttle can be arranged directly. Driving into the immediate area is not recommended due to narrow streets and cameras; the nearest access for parking is a 5-8 minute walk from the apartment.

Each apartment includes a separate living room, a fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, coffee machine, electric kettle, cookware), a private bathroom with shower, and a flat-screen TV.
