DUBLIN SUBURBAN HAVEN, Dublin

The property sits in a quiet residential neighbourhood in Tallaght, a suburban area of Dublin. The Luas Red Line tram stop is a 2-5 minute walk away, providing a direct 30-40 minute journey into the city centre (O'Connell Street) for approximately €5.20 return. A Lidl supermarket and a coffee shop are within 1-2 minutes on foot, and The Square Tallaght shopping centre is 2 km from the house. Dublin Airport is 19 km away. Free off-site public parking is available nearby without reservation, making the location practical for both car-free travellers (using the tram and Lidl for self-catering) and drivers who want free parking.

The property offers private double and single rooms across three floors. Each room includes a washing machine, tea/coffee maker, tumble dryer, wardrobe, dining table, and a welcome treat of chocolates or cookies. All rooms share a bathroom with shower, hairdryer, free toiletries. The fully equipped shared kitchen features a stovetop, oven, refrigerator, microwave, kitchenware, and electric kettle. Because the property occupies a shared house with up to 11 rooms, noise from hallway conversations, early-morning work departures, snoring from adjacent rooms, and external tram sounds can be disruptive. Rooms with windows facing the quiet street are preferable. The shared kitchen and fridge fill up quickly; storing food in a labelled container is recommended. The property is generally clean, but room cleanliness upon arrival or mid-stay is not guaranteed without a specifically requested paid housekeeping service.

Internet access is free in all areas. Free public parking is available at a nearby location without reservation. A paid airport shuttle service can be arranged for pick-up and drop-off. The property operates a self-service model with no front desk: check-in uses a digital code system delivered by email. The shared kitchen and lounge/TV room are open to all occupants. Housekeeping, laundry, ironing, and dry cleaning are available for an additional charge. A hairdresser/beautician is also available on-site as an extra service. Safety features include CCTV outside the property and smoke alarms. Designated smoking areas are provided, and the entire interior is non-smoking.
