The apartment is a full duplex on two floors: living room and kitchen on one level, bedrooms above. All bedrooms are double, and the living room sofa bed adds two more sleeping spots. Each bedroom has comfortable mattresses. The private bathroom is fully equipped with a bath and a shower. The kitchen on the upper floor has a stovetop, fridge, microwave, and all utensils - good for preparing meals. Air conditioning units are modern and effective. Soundproofed walls keep street noise out. The decor is eclectic and lived-in, not minimalistic. Stairs inside the apartment and the 2nd-floor access (no lift) mean climbing is required. The property is ideal for 4 guests but works well for up to 6 with the sofa bed.
