The studios are in a central yet quiet area, within walking distance of Playa del Carmen Beach (15 min), the 5th Avenue shopping and dining strip (10 min), and the ADO International Bus Station (2 km). The Ultramar ferry to Cozumel is about 2 km away, making island day trips easy. The area is safe and walkable, with many restaurants within 300 metres. Cozumel International Airport is 35 km from the property. Street parking is free from 10 PM to 10 AM, but may require finding a spot during the day.

Each studio (35 m2) includes a fully equipped kitchenette with a stovetop, microwave, coffee machine, electric kettle, and cookware - ideal for preparing basic meals and breakfast. The granite bar in the living-dining area serves as a practical desk for laptop work. All rooms have air conditioning, soundproofing, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, and a private bathroom. Top-floor studios (504 and 505) offer the best rooftop pool access. One-bedroom apartments also include a separate living room. The building is new, clean, and well-maintained.

The rooftop pool is open all year and features a shallow end, making it suitable for all ages. Pool towels are provided, and the sun terrace has loungers and chairs. The solarium and free public bath offer additional relaxation. The pool area is a calm retreat from the busy streets below.

The property offers free WiFi with differing speeds: 20 Mbps in the room and 80 Mbps in common areas. Luggage storage is free and useful for early arrivals or late departures. Security includes a 24-hour guard, CCTV, key access, and fire extinguishers. Express check-in/check-out and a tour desk are available.
