Villa Borghese and the Spanish Steps are within 5 km. The neighbourhood is well-served by public transport, with a bus stop right outside and connections to central Rome and the Vatican. A tram stop nearby also makes car-free city access easy. Multiple restaurants, sandwich shops, and a pizzeria are within a 0.5 km radius, offering convenient dining options. Rome Ciampino Airport is 18 km away; a direct shuttle bus to Termini station plus a taxi provides a straightforward airport connection, or a private transfer can be arranged for 60 EUR.

The rooms are noted for being spacious and clean, with comfortable beds. Some units include a private terrace. The property has only five rooms, each with a private bathroom. Bathroom size and layout vary by room: some are large with a bath and double sink, while others are compact or located under the stairs. A tip: if a spacious bathroom is important, request a room not on the lower floor. Some room doors secure with a padlock rather than a standard handle, and some bathrooms may lack a window. The property is older but well-maintained, and the quiet residential location supports good sleep.

The property focuses on accommodation and dining without on-site wellness facilities. For leisure, an ice-skating rink is located in the vicinity, and the nearby Auditorium Parco della Musica hosts concerts and events. The residential neighbourhood is quiet and pleasant for walking.

Wi-Fi is free in all rooms. On-site parking costs 22 EUR per day and does not require a reservation; motorcycles can park free indoors.
