ELEMENT BY MARRIOTT CHANDLER FASHION CENTER, Chandler

The hotel sits on Chandler Village Drive, placing it within a short walk of the Chandler Fashion Center and dozens of chain and local restaurants, including Wetzel's Pretzels, Chipotle, PF Chang's, and Firebirds Wood Fired Grill - all about 0.5 km away. Sea Life Arizona is 14 km from the property, and Phoenix Zoo is 23 km. The location is well-suited for car-based travel, with easy highway access and paid on-site parking available, but no airport shuttle. For those without a car, the proximity to shops, dining, and entertainment makes the immediate area walkable. The hotel is also a practical base for work commutes around Chandler, Tempe, and Gilbert.

Breakfast is included in many rates and offers a limited but sufficient selection to start the day: scrambled eggs, breakfast sandwiches, yogurt, granola, fruit, pastries, and cereal. Options are primarily continental with hot items, but do not include meat, pancakes, or waffles. An attendant is typically present to replenish and clean. In the evenings, the hotel runs a complimentary social hour with beer, wine, and light snacks such as nibbles and cheese - a practical option for a light dinner. There is no on-site restaurant, but the adjacent Chandler Fashion Center and surrounding area provide numerous dining choices within a short walk, from fast-casual to full-service. A children's buffet is available, and champagne/wine can be purchased.

The saltwater outdoor pool is open daily from 07:00-22:00 and includes a fence, sun loungers, umbrellas, and pool/beach towels. The pool is not heated, which may limit comfortable use in cooler months. The fitness centre is free to use and is described as a great workout space. Additional leisure amenities include free bicycle rental, a sun terrace, outdoor furniture, an outdoor fireplace, and BBQ facilities. A golf course is available within 3 km for an additional charge. There is no spa or wellness centre on site.

The hotel offers a 24-hour front desk with concierge service, express check-in/out, and luggage storage - all free of charge. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. Business facilities include a free business centre and meeting/banquet rooms available for an additional charge. An on-site minimarket sells basic essentials. Laundry and dry cleaning are available for a fee, and there are self-service laundry machines that operate on quarters. Daily housekeeping is provided every other day by default; daily service can be requested at the front desk. Wheelchair-accessible rooms are available, with features such as a lower bathroom sink, raised toilet, grab rails, visual aids including Braille and tactile signs, and a wheelchair-accessible path. However, some accessibility features have been noted as less practical for wheelchair users. Pets (dogs only, up to two, 23 kg limit each) are allowed; charges may apply. The property is non-smoking throughout, has a lift, and provides safety features including CCTV, key card access, and a safety deposit box.
