EXCELLENT APARTMENTS KREUZBERG, Berlin

The property sits in a lively Kreuzberg neighbourhood, a 10-minute walk from the popular Bergmannstrasse street with its many cafes, bars, and shops. The U-Bahn connections at Hallesches Tor and Gneisenaustraße provide direct routes across the city. Bus line M41 runs to Berlin Hauptbahnhof. For cyclists, bikes can be locked in the rear courtyard. The immediate area includes a small park and a mix of residential buildings; the atmosphere on the street is relatively quiet at night, though the building is on a fairly busy intersection. Soundproof windows help reduce street noise. A ramp on one side of the building allows entry with a stroller or wheelchair.

Rooms are warmly decorated with wooden furniture, a seating area (often with a sofa or desk), and free Wi-Fi. Bed linen and towels are included. Some rooms are located inside the main apartment, while others are separated by a hallway, requiring guests to cross the landing and use a key to enter the shared facilities. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, with beds, wardrobes, and chairs. Some rooms have a TV, electric kettle, and tea/coffee facilities. The room size is adequate, with parquet flooring in some. Single rooms are suitable for short business trips; family rooms have a sofa bed (1.20 m wide) but no double bed. Soundproof windows reduce traffic noise, but noise from other guests in the hallway can be heard. The building has wooden stairs that creak.

The property has a communal living room with a dining table and a games room, providing space for relaxation and socialising. Tempelhof Park is a 20-minute walk away and offers extensive green space for running, cycling, or picnics. Cycling is a practical way to explore the city centre from this location.

Wi-Fi is available free of charge in the rooms. Pets are allowed without extra fees. Check-in is self-service with a key code; there is no reception. Express check-in/out is offered. The property is non-smoking throughout, and family rooms are available. Cyclists can lock bikes in the rear courtyard. Payment is by Visa or MasterCard. There is no cleaning service during the stay, and no luggage storage is available. The bathrooms are shared; the building has a ramp for accessibility. The staff is reachable by phone for check-in issues.
