The Petronas Twin Towers and KLCC Park are within 3 km - about a 15-minute walk or a quick Grab ride. Several restaurants (Sukhumvit, Spice Garden, Dodo Korea, and others) lie within 1 km. A 24-hour convenience store is located in the lobby. While the immediate area has limited dining options within easy walking distance, the MRT and Grab services make the city centre readily accessible. Taxi/Grab availability can be slower at certain times, so planning ahead for evening outings is advisable.

The property offers a variety of room types - from studios to one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments - all featuring air conditioning, a private bathroom with walk-in shower, free toiletries, flat-screen TV, and in-unit washer-dryer. Kitchenettes are equipped with a stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, and electric kettle. Many units have a separate living and dining area, parquet floors, and a work desk. The apartments are generally spacious, with some units providing a pool or KLCC view. However, room conditions vary significantly; some have reported cleanliness issues (dust, stains, mould), old or damaged furniture, and the absence of certain amenities like a sofa or dining table as shown in pictures. Road-facing rooms can be noisy. Scattered reports of cockroaches and bed bugs exist, and some units have non-functional air conditioning or weak water pressure. For a consistent experience, requesting a recently refurbished unit in Tower A is recommended.

A breakfast spread is served each morning, covering a wide range of dietary preferences: continental, American, buffet, à la carte, vegetarian, vegan, halal, and Asian. Fresh pastries, fruit, and juice are provided daily. For other meals, the on-site convenience store stocks snacks and drinks, while several restaurants - including Sukhumvit, Spice Garden, Dodo Korea, Orchid Restaurant, Pekan, and Sassorosso - are within 1 km of the property. The nearest supermarket and café are about 20 minutes' walk away, so relying on Grab for grocery trips is practical.

Wellness facilities include two infinity pools open daily from 08:00 to 22:00. The rooftop pool (Tower A, 48th floor) offers panoramic views of the Petronas Twin Towers and the city skyline, but requires a separate per-person fee (around RM30-RM40 per entry). The pool on the 8th floor (Tower B) is free. A fitness centre is also available for an additional charge (approximately RM20-RM40 per person). Pool and beach towels are provided. Note that the rooftop pool has limited loungers (about 5), and re-entry requires paying the fee again if you leave the pool area. The sauna and jacuzzi were reported as non-functional in some reviews.
