EXTENDED STAY AMERICA SUITES - RALEIGH - RTP - 4919 MIAMI BLVD, Durham

Located on Miami Boulevard in Durham, the property sits within the Research Triangle Park area, offering easy highway access for both business and leisure travel. Raleigh-Durham International Airport is 7 km away, making it a convenient option for early flights - but with no shuttle service, a car or rideshare is essential. The Lenova Center (16 km) and Umstead State Park (12 km) are within a short drive. A range of dining options including Newton's Restaurant (1 km) and multiple fast-food and casual spots are reachable by car. Free on-site parking makes car-based exploration straightforward. The surrounding area is practical for work stays and transit, but the immediate walkability is limited - having a vehicle significantly improves convenience.

Studio and one-bedroom suites feature a full kitchen with a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, and kitchenware, plus a dining area - supporting longer independent stays. All rooms are non-smoking and carpeted, with air conditioning, heating, a work desk, and cable TV. Private bathrooms include a bath and shower, with hairdryers and free toiletries. Room configurations are available with one bed, two beds, or three beds, though some units use a pull-out sofa instead of a second bed - confirming the exact bed setup at booking is recommended. The suites are spacious for the price point, but the furniture and décor can feel dated, and some rooms may show wear such as stained upholstery or cabinet damage. Road-facing rooms or those near the elevator can experience hallway noise. Requesting a quieter, upper-floor location away from the elevator can improve sleep quality.

Breakfast is a grab-and-go selection available in the lobby, typically including coffee, packaged pastries or cereal bars - practical for a quick start, but limited compared to a full hot breakfast. There is no on-site restaurant or dining area. The full kitchen in every room (stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, cookware) allows guests to prepare their own meals, which is especially useful for extended stays or families. Vending machines with drinks and snacks are available on-site. For dining out, Newton's Restaurant is 1 km away and multiple fast-food and casual options are within a short drive.

Free private parking is available on-site with no reservation needed. Wi-Fi is free in all rooms and public areas. The hotel has a lift, family rooms, and facilities for disabled guests. Laundry facilities are located on two floors. Housekeeping services are provided once per week for extended stays, and fresh towels can be requested at the front desk. There is no restaurant or bar, but vending machines offer drinks and snacks. The front desk is not always staffed 24 hours - for late check-in or early checkout, contact the property in advance for procedures. Luggage storage is available but should be confirmed at check-in. Pets are allowed with a fee of $25 per night for the first 6 nights, then $10 per night; advance notification is required.
