The nearest MRT station (Mo Chit or Thailand Cultural Centre) is roughly 15-20 minutes on foot; a short motorbike taxi ride covers the last leg. Soi Chokchai Ruammitr is accessible from Vibhavadi Rangsit Road. The area is safe and walkable during the day, though part of the route to Mo Chit lacks a continuous footpath. Booking a car ride from Don Mueang Airport typically costs around 400 THB and takes 25 minutes.

Rooms feature comfortable beds, wooden beds with privacy curtains in shared dorms, filing cabinets or luggage space under the bunks, and blackout curtains. Private double and twin rooms have air conditioning; the twin and double rooms with shared bathrooms are basic but spacious. The triple room adds a private bathroom, one double bed and a futon. The twin rooms each have one standard bed and a futon or two single beds. All rooms include a work desk/table with a mirror and a fan. The property has no elevator. Shared bathroom facilities are on the same floor, while larger shared bathrooms are also available on the top floor. Some twin rooms with an in-room toilet may have plumbing noise when flushed.

EZ Sleep does not offer a dedicated restaurant or breakfast service. The on-site shared kitchen is equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, sink and utensils, plus free coffee and cookies in the common area. For meals, a full row of street food stalls, local eateries and a 7-Eleven are practically outside the front door. Several restaurants - including Vietnam Bowl and 2203 - twenty two O three - are within a 1-2 km walk. The area is packed with evening food vendors and morning markets.

Leisure facilities centre on the shared rooftop terrace and balcony - a quiet space with seating that catches a breeze and overlooks the neighbourhood. Inside, the ground-floor lounge includes board games, a TV and several sofas with extra power outlets for charging devices. The top floor has a designated outdoor smoking area. There is no pool, spa or fitness room.

The property offers free WiFi throughout. The shared kitchen has a microwave, fridge and sink. A shared lounge/TV area with board games is available downstairs, and there is a shared balcony on the upper floor. Express check-in/out is free, and a 200 THB key deposit is taken at check-in.
