FABULOUS STUDIO IN THE HEART OF KENSINGTON, London

The studio is within a 5 to 10-minute walk of Shepherds Bush and Earls Court underground stations, providing direct connections across London. Heathrow Airport is 18 km away. Shops, cafes, and restaurants are within a minute on foot, and both Holland Park and the Natural History Museum are nearby. The area is quiet despite being central, with easy bus routes into the city centre.

This ground-floor studio features a large bay window that fills the room with natural light, parquet floors, and a separate dining area. The private bathroom has a walk-in shower and hairdryer, with free toiletries. The kitchen includes a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, and washing machine, plus tea and coffee provided. The bed is a pull-down model with a thin mattress - potentially less comfortable for larger individuals. The property is newly renovated and very clean, with ample storage space.

The kitchen is well stocked with cookware, utensils, a kettle, and dishwasher, making it easy to prepare meals. For dining out, options include Cibo (Italian, 0.5 km), Crown and Sceptre (pub, 0.5 km), Pizza Express (1 km), and The Havelock Tavern (1 km). A shop and a cafe are less than a minute away, convenient for groceries or a quick coffee.

WiFi is free throughout the property. The host provides clear instructions and is flexible with check-in and check-out times, which is helpful for early arrivals or late departures. No on-site parking exists, so guests rely on public transport or local street parking. Pets are not allowed. The studio is non-smoking throughout. A cot can be provided on request.
