FAIRFIELD INN & SUITES BY MARRIOTT FORT COLLINS SOUTH, Fort Collins

Situated behind a strip mall that buffers road noise, the hotel offers a quiet setting while keeping multiple restaurants within a short walk-including DC Oakes Brewhouse, Fuzzy's Taco Shop, and Doug's Day Diner, all within 1 km. The Fort Collins Museum of Discovery and the Fort Collins Museum of Art are nearby attractions. The property is a 76 km drive from Cheyenne Regional Airport and roughly 10 minutes by car from Old Town, with a large field on the back side providing a calm view. Parking is free on site with no reservation needed, and an electric vehicle charging station is available.

Rooms are equipped with a private bathroom, air conditioning, heating, tea and coffee facilities, a sitting area, carpeted floors, and an AM/FM alarm clock. Studios offer a seating area and some are wheelchair accessible with grab rails, a roll-in shower, or a raised toilet. Double queen rooms are standard with two queen beds. The unit may face either a quiet field or the strip mall; rooms near stairwells and exterior doors can experience more noise. Beds are firm, and there are limited power outlets near the nightstands-charging may need to be done from the desk area on some units. Some rooms have strong smoke detector LEDs that can be bright at night.

Breakfast runs until 9 am on weekdays and 9:30 am on weekends, offering hot choices like bacon, eggs, and oatmeal alongside a waffle station. On busy weekends or near closing times, hot items and condiments may run low before the scheduled end. A shared lounge and an outdoor seating area are also available for dining or relaxing. Several restaurants-including DC Oakes Brewhouse, Fuzzy's Taco Shop, and Cafe Athens-are within walking distance across the parking lot for additional dining variety.

The indoor pool is heated and kept at 29 °C, and the hot tub jets are available on request. The fitness centre includes treadmills and other exercise equipment, with towels provided. Bicycle rental is also available on site for exploring the area. The pool and hot tub are generally well-maintained, with the hot tub having occasionally been closed for service-confirm operational status if this facility is essential for your stay.

Wi-Fi is complimentary in all rooms, with an option to purchase a faster connection. Free public parking is available on site with no reservation required. The business centre offers fax/photocopying and meeting/banquet facilities for an additional charge. Laundry is available for a fee using coins. A minimarket sells snacks and travel essentials. The hotel is wheelchair accessible, with a lift and adapted rooms featuring grab rails, raised toilets, and braille signage. Express check-in/out and luggage storage are offered at no extra cost. Dry cleaning is available for a charge. Interconnecting rooms can be requested after booking by contacting the hotel directly.
