For those arriving by car, off-site parking (€15/day, reservation needed) is the only parking option. The location is well-suited for walkable exploration of Malaga's main attractions.

Accommodation consists of double rooms with either one or two single beds. Each room features a private bathroom with a shower and hairdryer, a flat-screen TV, a work desk, parquet flooring, and a private entrance. Air conditioning and heating are standard. Soundproof walls help reduce street noise, but some rooms may still experience noise from neighbouring units or footsteps from upper floors. The shower head is hand-held without a fixed bracket; some bathrooms have no window and lack mechanical ventilation. Certain rooms have a French door opening onto a small patio or a balcony that is enclosed and without a view. Rooms are serviced only at check-out unless daily housekeeping is requested for an additional charge. The property has no elevator; all rooms are on the first floor.
