The city centre with its boutiques, restaurants and the Palais des Festivals is a pleasant 30-minute walk or a quick ride on the bus line one block away. Nice Côte d'Azur Airport is 28 km west. The neighbourhood feels safe and residential, with bakeries, fruit stands, grocery stores and several dining options - Fred l'Ecailler, Les Coquelicots, Bistrot de l'Etang and Pomme d'Api are all 0.5 km on foot. For car-free trips, the bus stop supplies easy downtown and station access.

The apartment sleeps up to six people across one living room and two separate bedrooms, all with a total of four beds (including two bathrooms with shower and free toiletries). The master suite and second bedroom each have a balcony overlooking the Mediterranean. Every room is soundproofed and air-conditioned for a quiet stay. A water park is located off site and requires an entrance fee. The property also offers free use of bicycles for exploring the coastline and the nearby islands; kayak rental is available directly on the beach for trips to the Lérins Islands. The tidal calendar in this area means swimming is most enjoyable from May to September, with pleasant conditions also in April and October.
