The apartment has a separate living room, one bedroom with a double bed, and an additional futon. The kitchen includes a stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, and electric kettle. A washing machine and flat-screen TV are provided. The design makes efficient use of space, and the room is noticeably larger than typical hotel rooms in Tokyo.
