FLORENCE STAR APARTMENT, Florence

The apartment sits in a calm neighbourhood less than 1 km from San Marco Church and 2 km from Palazzo Vecchio. The Duomo is a 15-minute walk, and Fortezza da Basso Convention Center is 18 minutes on foot. Florence Airport is 9 km away. The T2 tram stop is two minutes away, providing direct links to the centre and the main train station. Public parking (Parterre) is 50 metres from the apartment, outside the ZTL zone, making it convenient for car-based arrivals.

The apartment comprises two separate bedrooms (3 beds total) and a living room with a sofa bed that expands capacity to 6 guests. The private bathroom features a shower and bidet. The fully equipped kitchen includes a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, and kitchenware. Parquet floors, air conditioning, and a washing machine add comfort. The sofa bed is noted as less supportive for stays longer than two nights when the living area is used as a sleeping space for multiple guests. The apartment is spread over multiple levels, and stairs are present.

No restaurant or breakfast service is available at the property. The kitchen is fully stocked with a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, and cookware, ideal for self-catering. Several restaurants and pizzerias are within a 5-minute walk, including Braumeister, La Sanagola, and Antica Trattoria da Tito. A supermarket is a one-minute walk away.

The apartment does not have a spa, swimming pool, or gym. The quiet inner courtyard provides a peaceful setting, and the surrounding area offers cafés, parks, and walking routes into the historic centre.

Wi-Fi is free in all areas. Self check-in is via key access with no on-site staff; arrivals after 20:00 incur a €20 surcharge. Public parking (Parterre) is 50 metres away at €15/day, outside the ZTL zone. A deposit of €200 is required for groups of minors under 18 without a parent present. Fire extinguishers, smoke alarms, and key access are provided. The apartment has no lift or luggage storage, and pets are not allowed.
