FLORIDSDORFER APARTMENT - FREE HIGHSPEED-INTERNET, Vienna

Floridsdorf Apartment is set in a residential area of Vienna, 4 km from the Austria Center Vienna and 23 km from Vienna International Airport. The nearby Floridsdorf station provides direct access to the U6 and S-Bahn lines, making city-centre attractions such as the Prater and St. Stephen's Cathedral easy to reach. Supermarkets, bakeries and a shopping centre are within a short walk, and the Danube Island is close by for jogging or cycling. Several restaurants are located within 0.5 km, including Interspar-Restaurant, Zum Schwaigerwirt and Ristorante Milano. The area is well served by public transport, but the street itself can be busy.

The apartments range from one-bedroom units to larger two-bedroom layouts, all with a separate living room. Each apartment includes a private bathroom with a bath or shower and hairdryer, a fully equipped kitchen (stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, kitchenware, electric kettle, tea and coffee maker) and a washing machine. Entertainment is provided via a flat-screen TV with streaming services. Soundproof walls help reduce external noise, but rooms facing the street can still be disturbed by traffic. The property has no air conditioning; fans are supplied instead. The building and some apartments show signs of wear - kitchens and bathrooms may feel dated, and cleanliness upon arrival can be inconsistent. For a quieter stay, choose a courtyard-facing apartment.

The local area provides opportunities for boating, kayaking and canoeing on the Danube, with the Danube Island and the riverbanks just a short distance away. The island is also popular for jogging, cycling and walking. No on-site spa, pool or fitness facilities are available at the apartments.

All apartments include free high-speed Wi-Fi, which is generally reliable and suitable for streaming. Electric vehicle parking is not available, but public parking is located nearby (€20 per day, no reservation needed). A paid parking garage is also within walking distance. Self check-in is done via a code sent before arrival. The property offers luggage storage, allowing guests to explore before check-in or after check-out. Staff can be contacted by phone or WhatsApp for assistance. Cleaning is not performed automatically during stays; extra towels or cleaning may require a request.
