The apartment sits on a quiet street between St Peter's Basilica and Castel Sant'Angelo, placing most major Vatican sights within a short walk. Rome Ciampino Airport is 18 km away and reachable via trains F3 and F1 plus the paid shuttle. The neighbourhood is safe, lively and well served by supermarkets, bakeries, bars and restaurants within 0.5 km. The area also has a rooftop bar opposite the building with views over the Vatican.

Additional features include parquet floors, a tea and coffee maker, streaming services (Netflix) on a flat-screen TV, and ample storage. The two bathrooms are a practical advantage for groups, making mornings easier. The sofa bed can creak slightly when moved, but overall the beds are comfortable and spacious.
