FOR STUDENTS ONLY CHAPTER HIGHBURY I IN LONDON, London

The property sits on Holloway Road, placing Emirates Stadium literally across the street - ideal for match days or concerts. The Piccadilly Line (Zone 2) at Holloway Road provides direct connections to King's Cross St Pancras, Covent Garden, and Heathrow. A supermarket is immediately next door, and numerous fast-food and casual dining options (Nando's, McDonald's, Mamma Mia Pizzeria) are within a 5-minute walk. London City Airport is 16 km away; the Tube offers a straightforward route. The area feels secure and benefits from 24-hour security presence. The central courtyard offers a quiet outdoor space, while the street-facing side carries traffic noise.

Accommodation types range from single rooms with 1 bed to two-bedroom apartments sleeping up to 4. Studios are compact and the bed is often a compact double - smaller than a standard double, which may feel tight for two. Private bathrooms include a shower; some bathrooms are compact. Kitchens come with a stovetop, oven, microwave, and refrigerator, though kitchen utensils are not supplied. A notable limitation: many rooms have sealed windows that cannot be opened, and air conditioning is provided via a portable unit that can be noisy. Rooms on upper floors are lift-accessible. Storage includes a wardrobe. The overall finish is basic and functional, suited to short, practical stays rather than comfort-focused trips. Road-facing rooms can be noisy with traffic.

The property does not offer a breakfast service, restaurant, or bar. Each studio and apartment is equipped with a kitchen (stovetop, oven, microwave, refrigerator) so you can prepare your own meals. The adjacent supermarket makes grocery shopping straightforward. For dining out, Holloway Road is lined with options within 0.5 km: Nando's, McDonald's, Mamma Mia Pizzeria, Islington Sports Bar & Grill, and several cafes. The surrounding area has a wide choice of takeaway and sit-down meals for casual eating.

The building includes a fitness room for exercise without leaving the premises. A games room offers table tennis and a space to socialise. The communal garden/courtyard provides an outdoor area to relax, and there is a study room for quieter use. The immediate area is dominated by the stadium and urban streets; for more extensive leisure, Camden Market (4 km) and London Zoo (5 km) are a short Tube ride away.
