FOUR STARS DUBAI MARINA JBR, Dubai

The property sits within a residential complex right on The Walk at JBR, one of Dubai's most vibrant waterfront promenades. The tram station is immediately outside the building, and the metro station is a 10-minute walk, providing direct connections to Dubai Mall, Burj Khalifa, and the airport. Marina Beach is an 18-minute walk away, and the surrounding area is packed with cafes, restaurants, shops, and 24-hour convenience stores. The location is ideal for solo travellers and budget-conscious visitors who prioritise walkability and public transport over car access.

Rooms are compact, each containing a bed, wardrobe, air conditioning, and heating. All bathrooms are shared (3 available) and include showers, bidets, and hairdryers; free toiletries are provided. Rooms lack private balconies, but access is via a communal balcony offering views of the sea, the Marina, or the city skyline. Sound insulation is minimal, and noise from neighbouring rooms, the corridor, and the balcony is common, especially in the evenings. The property operates as a hostel-style shared apartment, best suited for short, solo, or budget-focused stays. Bedding and towels are provided and changed regularly.

The shared kitchen is equipped with basic cooking facilities, including a stove, refrigerator, and washing machine, but guests should bring or purchase their own cooking utensils and supplies. The property does not offer an on-site restaurant or breakfast service. The surrounding JBR Walk and Marina district feature dozens of dining options within a 5-minute walk, ranging from casual cafes to upscale restaurants, including several outlets within the same residential complex.

The outdoor swimming pool is heated, open year-round (08:00-20:00 daily), and features a pool with a view, sun loungers, and umbrellas. The property also offers a free open-air bath and public bath. The private beach area is accessible free of charge. A range of additional activities are available off-site for an extra fee, including bike tours, walking tours, diving, snorkelling, and windsurfing. The shared sun terrace is a pleasant spot for relaxing with a view of the Marina.

Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. The shared kitchen includes a washing machine and basic equipment. The host offers private check-in/check-out and is available via WhatsApp to help with directions, recommendations, and issue resolution. The building has 24-hour security, CCTV, and key card access. A minimarket, hairdresser, and barber are on site. No parking is available, and the property does not have a lift (elevator) - access is by stairs. The adults-only policy and no-pets rule apply.
