GIULIANA, Rome

The apartment is in a quieter residential area of Rome, about 15 minutes by car or a straightforward bus+metro ride from the historic centre. Bus 773 connects to Trastevere station and bus 771 to Metro B, giving easy access to St. Peter's Basilica, The Vatican, and central attractions. A supermarket, bakery, bar, pizzeria, and small shopping centre are all within a 1-5 minute walk, making daily errands convenient. The free, secured private parking makes this location especially practical for those arriving by car, avoiding central Rome's traffic and paid parking zones. For longer stays, a weekly public transport pass (around €29) simplifies unlimited city travel.

The apartment offers genuine space: one living room, two separate bedrooms, and one bathroom with a walk-in shower and free toiletries. The master bedroom and second bedroom both have comfortable beds, and the living room can accommodate additional sleeping if needed. Each room has its own individually controlled air conditioning unit and flat-screen TV with cable channels, ensuring comfort in warmer months. The private balcony provides outdoor space, and the apartment includes a washing machine, ironing facilities, and ample storage. Sound insulation is good for a residential building area, and the neighbourhood is described as quiet, contributing to restful nights. The apartment's cleanliness is consistently noted as exceptional, with towels packaged like a hotel and welcome supplies such as coffee capsules, tea, pasta, oil, and even prosecco often left by the host.

The kitchen is a standout feature: it includes a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, electric kettle, and all necessary cookware and utensils. Basic staples like pasta, sauce, oil, coffee capsules, and tea are often provided on arrival, making it easy to prepare meals from day one. For those who prefer eating out, a pizzeria (Mary Pizza), a café (Cafe Di Roma), and a restaurant (La Paranza) are all within 1 km. A supermarket sits 400 metres away for grocery shopping, and a bar is right next to the building. The host can also arrange public transport tickets, simplifying trips to central Rome for dinner or sightseeing.

No wellness or leisure facilities are present on the property. The emphasis is on a comfortable, well-equipped home base for exploring Rome. The spacious apartment, private balcony, and quiet residential location provide a relaxing environment to unwind after a day of sightseeing. A nearby shopping centre and local park offer additional options for downtime.

The private parking is a major convenience - free, on site, and secured within the gated complex, with no reservation needed. The bus stop at the entrance provides excellent public transport connectivity. The building has a lift to the second-floor apartment.
