Triana Bridge - Isabel II Bridge is 700 metres from the property, and Plaza de Armas is 1 km. Seville Airport is 9 km away; no shuttle is available, but the central location makes taxi or tram access straightforward. The area is lively with many restaurants, bars and shops within a 5-minute walk, yet some first-floor apartments facing inward can remain quiet at night. For car travel, the nearest public parking is at Plaza Nueva (Albareda Street) at around 22 EUR per day, as the property itself has no parking.

Each apartment includes a separate bedroom, a living room with a sofa bed, and a bathroom with a shower and free toiletries. The kitchenette is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, toaster, electric kettle and a coffee machine; some units also have a washing machine.
