Brera is 3 km away, Milan Fashion District 2 km. The area has numerous dining options within 300 metres - Italian trattorias, pizza, cocktail bars, and a café. A minimarket is also nearby for essentials. The surrounding streets can feel busy at night; using the main road is safe, but those arriving late may prefer a taxi from the station for a short ride.

Room types include single, double, twin, and triple, all with shared bathroom facilities (two bathrooms for five rooms). Rooms are spacious and clean, with parquet flooring, a dressing area, free toiletries, hairdryer, and slippers. Noise from the street or the parking lot can be an issue, especially for rooms on the road side - those light sleepers should request a room away from the front. Traffic noise is continuous through the night, and earplugs are provided in the room. The internal walls are not heavily soundproofed, so consider the quiet hours after 23:00. Windows have sheer curtains only, offering limited blackout. The heating is not individually adjustable in some rooms. A lift serves upper floors. Bedding is generally comfortable and rooms are cleaned daily with fresh towels.

Breakfast is a paid add-on at €9 per person, starting at 07:30. Options include Italian and vegan items. For those who prefer a lighter or earlier meal, the immediate neighbourhood has more than a dozen restaurants, pizzerias, and a café within 300 metres - ideal for lunch, dinner, or a quick coffee. No kitchen or cooking facilities are available for guest use. A coffee house is located on site, and a minimarket nearby stocks snacks and drinks.

There is no swimming pool, spa, or wellness centre. Leisure options are external - guests use the city's attractions and nearby restaurants. The property provides a terrace for relaxation. For those wanting to explore, the central station area offers access to parks, shopping, and cultural sites within a short tram or metro ride.

Wi-Fi is free in all areas. A paid airport shuttle can be arranged for pick-up and drop-off. Daily housekeeping is included and free of charge, with towel and bed linen changes.
