GUEST HOUSE GOITO, Rome

The area is well-served by metro, buses, and trains, making it practical for reaching the Colosseum, Spanish Steps, and other key sights without a car. Rome Ciampino Airport is 15 km away. Many restaurants and a supermarket are within a 500-metre radius. The street is relatively quiet considering its proximity to the station, and the surrounding streets feel safe at night due to pedestrian traffic. Parking is expensive and not directly at the building, so arrival by train or metro is recommended.

Room types include single, double, triple, and quadruple configurations, all with private shower, hairdryer, and tiled floors. The rooms are small - some are very small - with limited storage. Air conditioning is available but its cooling effectiveness varies; some rooms cool well while others do not. Bathrooms are minimal: the sink is tiny, the shower cubicle is small, and natural or forced ventilation is lacking. Upper-floor rooms are accessible by lift. The building is old and rooms show wear: worn furniture, stained or torn bedding, and décor that feels dated. The thin walls mean noise from neighbouring rooms and the street can be heard.

There is no restaurant or dining room at the property. A coffee machine is provided in the common area with complimentary capsules. The immediate vicinity offers a range of dining options within a 5-minute walk, including pizza, steak, Asian, trattoria, and wine bar. A supermarket is also nearby for self-catering essentials. For a fuller breakfast or hot meal, the surrounding streets offer several choices.
