HAMPTON INN LAKE BUENA VISTA / ORLANDO, Lake Buena Vista

The hotel is located on Palm Parkway, minutes from Epcot, Hollywood Studios, SeaWorld (5 km), and Universal Orlando Resort (13 km). Orlando International Airport is 19 km away. The neighbourhood is safe, with many restaurants, shops, a Publix, and Walmart within easy reach. Driving is the primary way to reach most attractions, and the hotel offers a complimentary shuttle to theme parks on a limited schedule. Rideshares are readily available for those without a car. The area is well-lit and walkable to nearby dining choices, but a car is recommended for park access. Some rooms facing the I-4 highway may experience traffic noise; higher floors are more peaceful.

Each room is comfortably furnished. Beds are comfortable; king rooms provide a larger bathroom with a curved sink and an additional shower head. Standard bathrooms feature a fixed shower head; accessible rooms have a roll-in shower with detachable head. Air conditioning is effective but can be noisy in some units. Rooms near the elevator, ice machine, or the road may experience noise; requests for quieter rooms can be made at check-in. Each room includes a work desk, chair, and lamps with USB ports. Carpet and furnishings show normal wear but are kept clean through daily housekeeping. WiFi is free; wired internet is available for an additional charge in some rooms.

Breakfast also includes scrambled eggs, bacon or sausage, home-style potatoes or French toast, and a variety of pastries, yoghurt, and fresh fruit. Coffee is freshly brewed, and tea and hot chocolate are available around the clock. The breakfast area is well-staffed and kept tidy. For lunch and dinner, the hotel does not have a restaurant; however, a minimarket offers snacks, soft drinks, and microwaveable items. A list of nearby dining options, including American fast food, Italian, crepes, and more, is provided at the front desk. Each room also has a microwave and refrigerator for preparing simple meals.

The swimming pool is open all year and is heated during cooler months, making it suitable for a dip even in January. The hot tub/jacuzzi offers a relaxing soak after a day at the parks. The on-site fitness centre is compact but sufficient for a workout. Sun loungers and beach umbrellas line the pool area, creating a pleasant spot to unwind. A golf course is also located within 3 km of the hotel. All leisure facilities are complimentary.

The 24-hour front desk provides express check-in/out, concierge services for theme park tickets, a tour desk, and safety deposit box rental. The business centre offers fax/photocopying. Laundry facilities are coin-operated ($3 per load). Pets are allowed (charges may apply). The property is fully wheelchair accessible, with accessible parking and rooms. A designated smoking area is on site, but rooms and indoor areas are smoke-free. Parking is $7 per day, paid on site. Internet is free standard Wi-Fi throughout; wired connections are available in some rooms for an added fee. The hotel also features a minimarket for essentials.
