The apartment occupies a central street just steps from the Cathedral, Alcázar and Giralda (5 minutes on foot), while Plaza de España and Maria Luisa Park are 2 km away. Triana Bridge is an 8-minute walk, the Maestranza Bullring takes 4 minutes, and Isla Mágica is 3 km. Seville Airport is 11 km from the property. The surrounding network of narrow streets is packed with tapas bars and restaurants, all within 0.5 km. A Carrefour Express is located directly below the building. The area is safe and very walkable for solo and family travellers; paid public parking is a 5-minute walk away. A bus from the airport stops at Torre del Oro, a short walk from the apartment.

Each apartment features a separate bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a sofa bed that opens into a full double mattress. The kitchen includes a stovetop, microwave, toaster, refrigerator, tea and coffee maker, and dishwasher. Apartments also come with a washing machine, flat-screen TV with Netflix, air conditioning, heating, and a dining area. Ground-floor apartments receive very little natural light and can have a damp or mouldy smell, as well as higher exposure to street noise and insects. Upper-floor apartments (first or second) offer much more light and quieter conditions. The bedroom, when the door is closed, is well soundproofed against street noise. The sofa bed in the living room is less effective for noise insulation. The shower may cause minor water spillage onto the bathroom floor due to door design.

The kitchen is fitted with a stovetop, microwave, toaster, refrigerator, kettle, and dishwasher, making it practical for preparing meals. A Carrefour Express supermarket is located directly underneath the building. The immediate area is one of Seville's busiest tapas and restaurant districts, with Taberna Coloniales II, Cinco Jotas Sevilla, El Ruedo, Al Wadi, and Casa Morales all within 0.5 km.
